Carlos Mendes Signs with Global Sport Group

New York, New York. December 20, 2005. Global Sport Group, LLC, the international player representation company, today announced the signing of Carlos Mendes, the starting central defender for the New York Red Bulls of MLS in the United States.

Mendes was born in New York and played college ball for Old Dominion University. Mendes signed for the Red Bulls as a free agent and has since been a regular fixture for former U.S. National Team coach Bruce Arena.
