ISV International is an international M&A advisory group specializing in strategic and financial programs focused on serving on the international sports, leisure and entertainment industries.

Mr. Milone graduated with Honors in Economics from Princeton University where he earned All-American Honors in soccer and went on to receive an MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

Mr. Milone played professional soccer in the North American and Major Indoor Soccer Leagues before founding Intersport Limited. There he created some of the leading sporting brands in the United States including Diadora and Lanzera. In 1997 Intersport was sold to the Italian textile group Basic, Inc.

Mr. Milone founded ISV International in 1997.
